Description

You will provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for enterprise network operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle network enquiries, faults, and change requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, software upgrades, and patching on network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and availability to ensure stability.
• Manage network assets, including equipment replacement and disposal.
• Maintain LAN wiring closets and escort cabling vendors or ISP installers to data centres.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in enterprise network implementation and administration.
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring.
• Ability to perform security management and integrity checks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or ITE in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with basic Cisco switching and networking.
