Description

You will support the technical development, maintenance, and customization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, and BI Publisher.
• Assist with integrations between Fusion HCM and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the HCM environment.
• Support technical aspects of implementations and system upgrades.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with ADF (Application Development Framework).
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical support to end-users and functional consultants.
