Description

You will implement and manage digital assistant projects, including IVR and automated contact applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure chatbots, voice bots, and self-service technologies to maximize automation.
• Create Visio flows and determine backend data configurations for technical design.
• Program business scripts using JavaScript and internal scripting languages.
• Analyze, maintain, and generate performance reports for the Digital Assistant.
• Coordinate with IT stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are delivered on time.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript for programming business scripts.
• Basic programming knowledge covering front-end, back-end, databases, and UI.
• Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to analyze business processes and assess technical feasibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with .NET or PHP.
