Description

You provide on-site desktop and technical support across Los Angeles and Orange County, handling hardware transport and after-hours deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various sites to provide coverage or transport technical equipment between locations.
• Lift and move hardware, including printers and technical equipment weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Support after-hours projects, weekend shifts, and early morning go-live deployments.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate cut-over windows and emergency call-outs.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a support engineer or desktop support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to travel to various sites across LA and OC as needed.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and late-night shifts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for equipment transport.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT asset management and logistics coordination.
