Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, handle technical support, and maintain network security for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer servers, computers, routers, switches, and printers.
• Implement backup and restoration procedures for servers, databases, and endpoints.
• Deploy and maintain network security measures including firewalls and VPNs.
• Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with partner IT departments.
• Manage IT inventory, support procurement, and evaluate hardware/software options.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Hands-on knowledge of network and server administration.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Firewalls and VPN configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and IT incident management skills.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection protocols.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
