Description

You will develop and support production applications using Java and Angular in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using Java 1.8+ and Angular 4+ frameworks.
• Apply OOP/OOD principles and common software design patterns to codebases.
• Support production applications and resolve technical challenges.
• Write unit tests and utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies using Scrum or Scaled Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java 1.8+ and Angular 4+.
• Strong understanding of OOP/OOD and software design patterns.
• Experience working with Oracle Exadata.
• Working knowledge of IBM MQ processing.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka processing.
• Experience supporting production-level applications.
• Ability to work within Scrum or Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial services industry.
