Description

You will develop and maintain Java-based software applications, focusing on code quality, performance tuning, and automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality Java code with fully automated unit test coverage using JUnit.
• Build and manage web services using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Apply design patterns, coding standards, and quality metrics to software solutions.
• Profile and tune applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile workflows and cross-functional meetings.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience with Java 7 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in multi-threading, collections, and the concurrent API.
• Experience with MVC frameworks such as Spring.
• Proficiency with MySQL data platforms and messaging technologies.
• Working experience with CI/CD systems and build tools like Ant and Maven.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Degree in B Tech, M Tech, BCA, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end experience with Angular JS or Node JS.
• Knowledge of Azure public cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with API management.
