Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services with a focus on performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through implementation and deployment.
• Implement and maintain unit tests (JUnit/TestNG), perform debugging, and ensure high software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend efficient design patterns and frameworks.
• Assist with performance tuning, monitoring, and ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience developing Java applications, with solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG and hands-on debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and reviews.
• Skills in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
