Description

You will design and code Java backend applications within an Agile environment, delivering functional increments every sprint.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications using a test-driven approach.
• Translate high-level requirements into technical designs.
• Maintain codebase quality through refactoring and clean code practices.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from analysis to delivery.

Required Skills

• 1-2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE.
• Experience developing RESTful Web Services.
• Practical experience with Test-driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, specifically Oracle.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Docker, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, or iBatis.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Professional English language proficiency and EU work permission.
