Description

You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MES software to meet requirements for process workflows, data collection, and reporting.
• Integrate MES systems with ERP, SCADA, and PLC environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Analyze manufacturing data and workflows to automate manual tasks and reduce cycle times.
• Maintain system documentation and provide technical training to end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or systems engineering roles.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, MS-SQL, and Java.
• Experience with MES software configuration and management.
• Understanding of database management and performance optimization.
• Foundational knowledge of designing interface programs for equipment automation.
• Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Working knowledge of automotive industry technology.
