Description

Support and maintain network infrastructure and services in Dallas, TX.

Configure and install network devices, including routers and switches. Execute changes within established configuration and change management policies. Assist with network maintenance, system upgrades, patches, and security configurations. Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Collaborate with the security team to implement tools, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network experience.
• CCNA certification or higher.
• Strong understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including 802.11, VLAN, and VRFs.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience using network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools.
