Description

You will provide L1 and L2 support for network infrastructure and assist in maintaining high availability across the network.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 support for switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to resolve faults.
• Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network systems and hardware.
• Document network configurations, processes, and incidents within the ticketing system.
• Support network security tasks including access controls, firewalls, and VPN management.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with L1 and L2 network operations and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with network hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar devices.
• Knowledge of firewall configurations, VPN technologies, and network security basics.
• Ability to interpret network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting knowledge for automation using Python or Bash.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+.
