You will support technical implementations and development within Oracle HCM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions using Oracle tools and frameworks.
• Support Oracle HCM modules and related business processes.
• Maintain and optimize existing Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements for HCM implementations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in technical or developer roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and database management.
• Proven experience working with Oracle HCM applications.
• Strong development background within Oracle environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
