Description

You will own product operations and workflow refinement within a cross-functional engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Approve and upload assets and full deliveries to the system.
• Plan work alongside the Product Owner and collaborate with engineers to refine processes and tooling.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including digital and retail partners.
• Resolve support tickets by assisting end-users with image and metadata issues.
• Participate in technical discussions with developers regarding new tool development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work towards strict deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding asset metadata.
• Technical interest in how integrated systems function.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a technical support capacity.
