Description

You will maintain the stability of live production environments through active monitoring and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, databases, and APIs to ensure system health and detect anomalies.
• Troubleshoot outages, latency issues, and software bugs in real-time.
• Execute deployments, patches, and hotfixes while coordinating with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards to identify and resolve root causes.
• Triage high-pressure incidents and perform stack trace analysis to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or Python for automation tasks.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for managing deployment pipelines.
• Competency using Jira for incident tracking and workflow management.
• Understanding of system architecture, including web applications and cloud services.
