You will manage the full lifecycle of small to medium-sized software projects, ensuring successful delivery through incremental approaches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to meet defined outcomes.
• Support teams in achieving daily scrum, iteration, and release goals.
• Monitor project progress, review quality, and generate reports to improve efficiency.
• Identify project risks and prepare mitigation measures to optimize resource utilization.
• Facilitate meetings including kickoffs, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

Required Skills

• 3 years of progressive experience in information technology and technical project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with Agile and lean frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to mitigate timeline risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Knowledge of business and IT practices within comparable school systems or businesses.
• Understanding of local, state, and federal technology laws and regulations in a K-12 environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business management, or a related field.
