Project Governance: Follow process standards, frameworks, and delivery oversight for complex programs and projects from kickoff to successful completion.
Financial & Scope Management: Oversee budgets, control project costs, and manage resource allocation while ensuring profitability for Cisco.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary ambassador to end customers, while delivering high-value status reports to internal executives.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify project bottlenecks and process gaps, applying proven project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) to resolve blocking issues.
Sales & Transition Collaboration: Assist in statement of work (SoW) creation, deal scoping, and negotiating, while facilitating smooth transitions to post-sales Architecture and delivery teams.
Typical Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in managing technology or IT service delivery projects.
Methodology: In-depth understanding of PMI-recommended methodologies and change management processes.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired, alongside fundamental knowledge of Cisco products (CCNA or equivalent).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
