Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Needs Understanding

• Work directly with customers to understand goals, needs, pain points, business processes, and project expectations.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and document customer requirements, priorities, constraints, and success criteria.
• Help translate customer needs into clear project tasks, action items, requirements, user stories, meeting notes, and delivery follow-ups.
• Keep customers informed, engaged, and confident through clear communication, proactive follow-up, and professional meeting facilitation.

Scope Adherence and Delivery Discipline

• Ensure project scope is clearly understood, documented, tracked, and protected throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify when customer requests may be outside the agreed scope and escalate appropriately to senior leadership or the project sponsor.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, sprint boards, RAID logs, action item trackers, meeting minutes, scope trackers, and status reports.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, blockers, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.

AI, GCP, Cloud, and Technical Project Coordination

• Coordinate AI, GCP, cloud, data, automation, and software delivery activities across ZCS technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery by helping manage backlogs, user stories, sprint activities, acceptance criteria, demos, and deliverables.
• Facilitate customer meetings, internal team meetings, standups, sprint reviews, planning sessions, demos, and status discussions.
• Work with technical teams to understand delivery progress, upcoming decisions, dependencies, and customer impacts.

Documentation, Reporting, and Communication

• Prepare clear customer-facing presentations, project dashboards, status reports, meeting summaries, and executive updates.
• Support customer onboarding, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, training coordination, and change management activities.
• Help ensure project documentation is accurate, current, organized, and easy for customers and technical teams to use.
• Communicate with professionalism, confidence, and warmth in customer meetings, internal conversations, and written updates.

Learning, Growth, and Innovation

• Continuously learn ZCS AI accelerators, GCP capabilities, cloud services, data platforms, and modern delivery methods.
• Support proposal, demo, innovation, and internal solution development activities related to ZCS AI and cloud offerings.
• Bring energy, curiosity, positivity, and a growth mindset to every project and customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, customer success, IT delivery, consulting, or technology project support.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to listen, clarify, document, and follow through.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into organized project tasks and next steps.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to scope adherence.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, project delivery, or software development lifecycle concepts.
• Interest in AI, GCP, cloud technology, data, automation, and digital transformation.
• Comfort using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Positive personality, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal/customer project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, GCP, cloud, data analytics, software development, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with GCP services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Document AI, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, Looker, or related services.
• Exposure to Generative AI, RAG, chatbots, AI agents, document processing, workflow automation, dashboards, or cloud-native applications.
• Experience working with government, healthcare, financial services, or regulated customers.
• Certifications such as Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
• Experience creating customer-facing presentations, project dashboards, status reports, or meeting summaries
