Description

You will coordinate AI, GCP, and cloud delivery projects while managing customer engagement and scope adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical delivery across ZCS teams, managing backlogs, user stories, and sprint activities for AI and cloud initiatives.
• Engage directly with customers to document requirements, translate needs into actionable tasks, and facilitate meetings and demos.
• Track project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID logs and status reports to ensure delivery discipline.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations, dashboards, and executive updates while supporting onboarding and change management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or IT delivery.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies within the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps for project tracking and backlog management.
• Familiarity with GCP services, specifically BigQuery, Vertex AI, or Cloud Storage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document requirements and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for reporting and collaboration.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for federal and customer project compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with GCP services such as Document AI or Cloud Storage.
