You will coordinate project execution and documentation to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track project progress to identify and escalate roadblocks.
• Coordinate communication between designers, developers, and stakeholders to manage action items and updates.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and workflows using Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or Asana for workflow management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Excel.
• Understanding of workflow optimization and project tracking.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset for risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, or Web3 projects.
