Description

You will support project teams in navigating complex situations, mitigating risks, and applying IT governance standards within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams on risk mitigation and the application of IT governance in unique scenarios.
• Coordinate with the Japan home office to manage PFR and CCR approval processes.
• Prepare and pack Project Funding Requests (PFR) and Change Control Requests (CCR) by summarizing requests and inputting data into cost plans.
• Review submitted PFRs and CCRs, identify risks, and report on project non-compliance.
• Provide technical support for toolsets including MS Project, Planview, and the in-house Project Portfolio Portal (PPP).

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in PMO or IT project management.
• Experience working within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Project Governance and PMO frameworks.
• High attention to detail for daily validation of numbers and dates.
• Experience managing project documentation and cost plan inputs.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with PFR/CCR approval workflows.
