Description

You will manage field inspections and data documentation for subway station signage and countdown clocks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine field visits to subway stations to document operational status, accuracy, and visibility of signage.
• Record and report data regarding sign reliability and performance for project tracking.
• Log issues and provide status updates through ticketing systems like Jira and Microsoft Planner.
• Maintain project timelines, checklists, and follow-up actions to ensure field issues are resolved.
• Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of general work or internship experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Planner.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Excel for data reporting.
• Experience with project management tools and workflows.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for structured reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
