Description

Manage commercial real estate and IT infrastructure projects, overseeing construction, telecom deployments, and vendor coordination from planning through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction management fundamentals and IT infrastructure deployments, including telecom closet (MDF/IDF) buildouts and structured cabling.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Track project financials, mitigate risks, and resolve issues using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communicate status and requirements to stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation across all project phases.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or IT infrastructure deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in project tracking.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk/issue logs for complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience with commercial real estate projects or telecom network readiness.
• Proven track record of successful vendor and contractor management.
