Description

You will support the execution of project management practices within the IT Services & Operations Organization in Pune, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Create project setups, processes, and metrics reporting.
• Gather and document requirements by working with internal and external functional teams.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between technical resources and business unit partners.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly and task execution complies with departmental processes.
• Assist the Project Manager with process development and training execution.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
