Description

You will manage the execution of seller education projects, focusing on the launch of seller guides and videos.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans for seller guides and videos in partnership with GTM and other stakeholders.
• Execute all elements of creative production projects, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder reviews.
• Oversee the intake process for education requests and partner with Program Managers on creative strategy.
• Manage content trackers and team bandwidth to prevent capacity issues and enforce internal work processes.
• Communicate project status, SLAs, and timeline changes during regular stakeholder check-ins.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of project management experience with exposure to education, creative production, or agency work.
• BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving requirement gathering and revision guidance.
• Strong understanding of creative development capabilities and SLAs.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder relationships across an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
