Description

You will develop and deploy Python-based features into production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write fully-typed Python code using type annotations on all function signatures.
• Implement modular, loosely coupled code using abstract base classes, protocols, and type definitions.
• Develop and execute unit, system, and integration test suites to ensure code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in both development and production environments.
• Maintain detailed developer documentation including docstrings and comments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Python development.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and functional programming principles.
• Experience with SQL, database principles, and SQL query builders or ORMs.
• Hands-on experience with Git, feature branches, and PR workflows.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Experience using linters, type checkers, and autoformatters.
• Familiarity with modern Python packaging using pyproject.toml.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of AI/ML API patterns and underlying algorithms.
