Description

You will own end-to-end testing for custom applications and GIS components within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, scenarios, and test cases that adhere to QA standards and metrics.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report anomalies from a business user perspective.
• Document Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and assist subject matter experts in developing UAT scenarios.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, demos, and report weekly status to the QA Testing Lead.
• Identify missing test coverage and modify existing cases to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development testing projects.
• Proficiency in system testing, regression, performance, load, security, and business continuity testing.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, and Jira.
• Ability to review and analyze system specifications, including Business Requirements and Design Documents.
• Experience with STLC concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue isolation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile device testing experience.
• Public sector experience.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or CAST certifications.
