Description

You will drive QA planning, tracking, and reporting for projects while executing test lifecycle deliverables to support Test Strategy implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, scenarios, and test cases to ensure accurate metrics and coverage.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report anomalies from a business end-user perspective.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor technical teams to understand requirements and develop UAT scenarios.
• Document Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and confirm application readiness for UAT.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, demos, and weekly status reporting to the QA Lead.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development project testing.
• Proficiency in testing custom applications and GIS components.
• Experience with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to perform system, regression, performance, load, security, and business continuity testing.
• Experience using GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, and JIRA.
• Ability to review and analyze system specifications, including business and design documents.
• Skill in preparing sample data for testing and performing parallel or comparative testing.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue isolation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile device testing experience.
• Experience in the public sector.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or CAST certifications.
