Description

You own the test lifecycle, driving QA planning, tracking, and reporting for software projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure accurate coverage.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyzing results and reporting anomalies from a business perspective.
• Collaborate with PMO and vendor teams to understand requirements and develop UAT scenarios.
• Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and confirm application readiness for UAT.
• Participate in defect triage, demos, and weekly status reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development project testing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, and Jira.
• Ability to perform system, regression, performance, load, and security testing.
• Experience reviewing system specifications, business documents, and design documents.
• Skills in preparing sample data and performing issue isolation.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and communicate findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile device testing.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or CAST certifications.
