Description

You will execute testing and change management processes within cross-platform IT environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute test planning and execution across various platforms.
• Manage QA methodologies and change management workflows.
• Document testing results and technical processes clearly.
• Support delivery within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing, QA, and change management.
• 3+ years working in cross-platform IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Leapwork.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Strong command of MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
