Description

Support software quality assurance within mid-to-large scale system development projects by executing manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing to validate application functions against specifications.
• Analyze system specifications, business requirements, and design documents to identify gaps.
• Develop and modify test cases, test plans, and scripts to improve coverage.
• Perform regression, system, performance, load, security, and disaster recovery testing.
• Document Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), test results, and prepare sample test data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development testing projects.
• Proficiency in STLC concepts and SDLC best practices.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of defect management using Jira or TFS.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, and TFS.
• Ability to perform parallel, comparative, and post-go-live validation testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile device testing.
• Experience working in the public sector.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or CAST certifications.
