Description

You will execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and requirement alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or Clickup.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Analyze test results and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining testing environments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Clickup.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java or Python.
• Familiarity with Git source control.
• Experience with functional, regression, or performance testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
