Description

Own end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology and automotive roles, managing sourcing through offer management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source specialists and full-stack recruiters to build talent pipelines for key accounts.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle from job posting and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Collaborate with key account managers to define hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required Skills

• 0+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Familiarity with full-stack recruitment processes and key account management support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of technology and automotive hiring trends.
