You manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing specialists to key account managers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for freshers and experienced positions.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Required Skills

• 0+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with basic recruiting tools and platforms.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or project experience in HR or recruiting.
• Basic understanding of the Indian job market.
