Description

You will implement, configure, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and statement of work development.
• Design, deliver, and maintain events databases and Email Studio solutions.
• Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
• Communicate technical project concepts and outcomes to client stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct user training to promote adoption of Marketing Cloud.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Expertise with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Ability to design customer journeys and associated data models.
• Conceptual understanding of APIs, configurations, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
• Platform 1 Developer certification.
• Sales Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Data Views, Discover Reports in Analytics Builder, and Einstein Engagement.
• Experience with Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
