Description

Manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and process new requests.
• Facilitate internal communication and act as the point of contact for external stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and help teams implement changes effectively.
• Guide development teams toward higher scrum maturity and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories, backlog refinement, and definition of done.
• Proficiency with Kanban and other Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and automated testing.
• Experience with Git, SVN, Bitbucket, and Gradle.
• Strong servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
