Description

You will support an Agile Release Train (ART) by facilitating ceremonies and managing the delivery of IT-related epics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of 1-3 IT epics from planning through deployment, including schedule execution and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Facilitate team-level ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare teams for PI Planning events and support the adaptation of SAFe across the organization.
• Remove impediments, track dependencies, and protect the team from external interference.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and scheduled.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Proficiency with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SAFe Scrum Master methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and general Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing project schedules and capacity planning.
• Ability to facilitate PI Planning readiness and support lean-agile transformations.
• Strong understanding of dependency tracking and risk management.
• Experience working within a hybrid delivery model.
