Description

You will develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform and integrate them with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrate them with other systems.
• Manage Service Catalog and Service Portal features.
• Create and manage update sets to migrate custom changes between accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Document platform guidelines and procedures while generating reports on metrics and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience developing with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Experience with SSO and SAML.
• Knowledge of APIs, SSL, and web services.
• Experience with LDAP and database connections including JDBC and ODBC.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
