Description

You will develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems while managing platform features and ensuring system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog and Service Portal features.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, SSL, and web services.
• Create and manage update sets to migrate custom changes between accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Document platform guidelines, procedures, and generate reports on metrics and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience developing with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Experience with SSO and SAML.
• Knowledge of LDAP and database connections including JDBC and ODBC.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
