Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow portals and integrations within a 24x7 support environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center interfaces to improve user experience.
• Implement responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party applications via ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize AI Search, Now Mobile, and knowledge management tools.
• Troubleshoot portal issues to ensure high availability during shifts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center configuration.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing and managing REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange.
• Ability to manage content, knowledge bases, and self-service functionalities.
• Experience with AI Search and Now Mobile optimization.
• Any Graduate degree.
