Description

You will develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform and manage its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrate them with external systems.
• Manage Service Catalog and Service Portal modules through hands-on configuration.
• Utilize update sets to migrate customizations across different ServiceNow instances.
• Provide platform administration, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow SDLC.
• Generate platform reports, metrics, and SLA data using the standard reporting engine.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and Web Services.
• Knowledge of integration protocols including REST, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Understanding of authentication and security standards such as SSO, SAML, SSL, and LDAP.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and platform controls.
• Ability to work with SCP and FTPS protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
