Description

You will develop, customize, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, managing the full lifecycle from configuration to integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, integrating them with external systems using APIs and Web Services.
• Configure Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to meet business requirements.
• Manage update sets to migrate customizations across ServiceNow instances and maintain platform administration.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply bug fixes to ensure platform stability.
• Document SDLC policies, generate reports using the standard engine, and track SLA metrics.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, Web Services, and integration protocols including REST, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Understanding of authentication and security standards: SSO, SAML, SSL, and LDAP.
• Experience with SCP and FTPS protocols for file transfer and management.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, platform controls, and update set management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
