Description

You will administer and maintain Siebel and integrated CRM environments, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and problem resolution processes for Siebel applications.
• Handle work order deployment, scheduling, and Siebel seed data updates.
• Perform application health checks and resolve performance or user issues.
• Execute certificate vulnerability checks, fixes, and disaster recovery for Siebel, OBIEE, and Informatica.
• Support AIX patching and manage TWS job scheduling and Sterling FTP setups.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in system administration or related roles.
• Proven Siebel Administration experience, specifically resolving performance and user issues.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel seed data updates.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery procedures for Siebel, OBIEE, and Informatica.
• Experience with AIX patching within a CRM environment.
• Proficiency in TWS job scheduling and Sterling FTP job setup.
• Ability to perform certificate vulnerability checks and remediation.
