Description

Maintain and enhance the availability and performance of cloud production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance using Cloud Monitoring and Stackdriver, responding to alerts and incidents.
• Analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network) to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Participate in incident management and troubleshooting of production systems in a live environment.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Strong scripting skills using Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with system monitoring tools (Cloud Monitoring, Stackdriver, etc.).
• Good understanding of networking, system performance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation.
• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
