You will provide technical support and develop solutions for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Support end users of Sprocket Web and Mobile applications by resolving reported issues.
• Collaborate with business users to define analytics requirements and design technical solutions.
• Drive the development and documentation of services to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work across multidisciplinary teams including data architects and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer needs by reporting issues and recommending product improvements.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in client management and service delivery.
• Ability to use MS PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel for documentation and presentations.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to meet client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with MHB technologies, warehouse systems, or maintenance and reliability practices.
• Database knowledge.
