Description

You will build and optimize backend services, driving system architecture and implementation across the stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Drive system architecture, refactoring, and design reviews for scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using strong debugging and root cause analysis.
• Implement messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for distributed workloads.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with databases including Postgres, MySQL, and Redis, with query optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) for scalability and cost optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
