- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, focusing on HRSD and PSM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow portals to improve user experience and functionality.
- Maintain and support existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Working knowledge of HRSD and PSM modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow portal customization.
- Basic understanding of CMDB and ITOM concepts.
- Familiarity with PSM and ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
