You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications, focusing on HRSD and PSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications for HRSD and PSM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow portals to improve user experience.
• Maintain existing applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Working knowledge of HRSD and PSM modules.
• Experience in ServiceNow portal customization.
• Basic understanding of CMDB and ITOM concepts.
• Familiarity with PSM and ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
