Description

Develop analytics and prototypes using Java and Python within a Linux environment to process SIGINT data.

Build analytics and metrics using Java, Python, and Pig/MapReduce. Research and implement solutions on AWS and the Hadoop ecosystem. Collaborate with customers to develop data tagging and analytical solutions. Develop RESTful services and manage source code versioning. Support problem diagnosis and integration testing for distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics and metrics using Java, Python, Pig, and MapReduce.
• Research and implement solutions on AWS and the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Collaborate with customers to develop data tagging and analytical solutions.

• Support problem diagnosis and integration testing for distributed systems.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java and Python development.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem: Hive, Pig, and HDFS.
• Familiarity with MapReduce and distributed scalable NoSQL stores (HBase, Accumulo, or Big Table).
• Experience with AWS platform services.
• Understanding of serialization formats like JSON or BSON.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with no experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GHOSTMACHINE analytic development.
