Description

You test desktop applications, validating functionality, stability, and user experience for patches, packages, and upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and validate build/upgrade releases to ensure stability.
• Log defects, track issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Participate in regression testing cycles and release readiness checks.
• Document test results, plans, and scenarios to support QA processes.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of QA or Software Quality Engineer experience.
• Experience with desktop-based application testing workflows.
• Understanding of patch, package, and installation/upgrade testing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for defect management.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or automation tooling.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
